PERSONAL COACHING PROGRAM
(for endurance athletes - see additional links at bottom of this page)

Maxwell's Fitness Programs develops personalized training programs for endurance athletes. Owner Rob Maxwell, M.A. Exercise Physiology will develop a personalized coaching program for an athlete at any skill level, for any desired race distance, and around any busy schedule. Rob will help you take the guess work out of your training by designing a program that is based in exercise physiology. Rob will design a training prescription so you'll know how often to train, how hard to train (giving you your personal heart rate zones), and how long to train. There are 3 programs offered: THE TRIATHLON PROGRAM, THE DUATHLON PROGRAM, AND THE SINGLE SPORT PROGRAM (for runners, cyclists, or swimmers).

HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS:

We begin with an initial consultation. This can be done at Maxwell's Fitness Programs or done over the phone. During the consultation, the athlete's goals will be explored and set. Rob will then give you an overview of the path you should take to reach your goals. After the training plan is established, weekly workouts are sent to the athlete every Friday. The athlete can correspond back with the coach via e-mail if any questions come up during the week. All areas of endurance training and racing will be covered. Also covered will be nutrition, weight training, and mental training.

PROGRAM FEES:

TRIATHLON

  • Initial processing and program design: $100 (one time fee)
  • I month training program: $100 (broken down into 4 weekly personalized plans)
